Everything was explained clearly in the end, but I did feel like I had to ask a few things more than once. Like, it was clear, but not always right away. I kept needing the same parts repeated, and that got a little frustrating. Still, once they went over it again, it made sense.

I ended up having to cancel my MDsave order after my plans changed, and I thought it was going to be a whole thing. I was a little mixed up on the timing too, because I couldn’t remember exactly when I’d placed the order versus when the appointment was supposed to happen, so I expected some back and forth. But I sent in the request and they took care of it quickly. No weird runaround, and the refund info was clear enough that I didn’t have to keep following up. It made an annoying situation a lot easier than I expected.

I had a good experience with mdsave.com. The site was easy to figure out, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I needed. The prices and options were laid out clearly enough, and checking out was quick. it was just nice to use a medical site that wasn’t a total headache for once.

I got nervous when I saw a charge I didn’t expect after booking through MDsave. I emailed support. They replied quickly. It turned out the charge was from the facility, not MDsave. They explained what was going on and what I should do next. No runaround. It was frustrating at first. But they made it simple. I didn’t feel stuck. Giving 5 stars because the help was actually useful.

I was shocked at how much cheaper it was through MDsave. Like, I almost couldn’t believe it. It was the exact same place I was already planning to go, but the price was so much lower and I paid upfront, which was a huge relief. No random mystery bill showing up later to ruin my day. For the money, it felt like an absolute lifesaver, and I’d definitely use it again
